Most likely, yeah. Normal Weiss is just a SOLDIER, more or less. He’s above first class, sure. But so is Cloud. I haven’t seen anything THAT impressive from normal Weiss. He’s probably about the same level as Cloud, strength, speed, stamina, and durability.

No he isn’t warp speed fast witch Weiss clearly surpassed when becomeing Omega Weiss (Rosso was a warp speeder) and cannot deflect Bullet’s with his hand’s as one clearly go’s through him at the end of AC

lol no he isn’t as fast or durable, Weiss is indeed ubove 1st Class he is ubove the Restrictor’s even who owned the best in SOLIDER in one night, and belive me Cloud is good but i don’t see him owning a battalion of Zack’s in one night for fun...(Zack’s probably not even the best Solider 1st Class aswell)

UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 22 Joined: 18 Jun 2008 Posts: 1,507 OFFLINE | Cloud beats base Weiss, he isn’t even Pre Nible Sephiroth level, and Cloud IS more durable than Base Weiss, remember Sephiroth and Genesis was the strongest? Sephiroth’s body got destroyed when he got thrown into the lifestream, in VII Cloud got curb stomped by the lifestream for a week, and all he had was Mako poisoning, which means Cloud is more durable than Base Sephiroth who is superior to base Weiss.
And Omnislash isn’t PIS. Cloud winning is PIS, not the tech itself imo. You can’t take away that attack just because he wasn’t supposed to win.
And Cloud would be able to react to Omega Weiss too, he reacts to Sephiroth and lightning. Omega Weiss may be more powerful, but since Cloud has beaten down people who are above him.
Oh and Kyle, Zack is NOT above Cloud lmao.

Sephiroth CC?...that form was kinda lame and Weiss is ubove 1st Class dude so are the Restrictor’s who eat 1st for breackfast please keep up Buster CC is nothing on Base Weiss in any department.
What’s funny is Weiss was ubove the Restrictor’s who owned 1st Class like little Bitch’s in one night, i dident say Zack>Cloud i was saying Cloud couldent beat an army of Zack in one night hell at all! (and Zack wasn’t the best 1st Class) So Weiss would own them both with little problem.
Base Weiss solidly owned Blood Burst Rosso and Arch Azul Sephiroth was actually struggleing against Genesis nevermind Angeal and remember this was 3 Rosso all of witch are warp speeder’s and Arch Azul is much stronger as he is an Armoured beast yet Weiss beat them and said it wasn’t even a warm up.
