UBER 1337 Poster Rep: 14  Joined: 25 Oct 2007 Posts: 3,412 OFFLINE | Cloud is stronger than he is given credit for but he isn’t Weiss in ability and skill (Weiss has had one game to demonstrate what he can do Cloud has had several and like most villian’s Sephiroth Gannon and DS they only get alittle peice of the overall pie to show what they can do)
It’s impressive in itself to be above 1st Class but if you consider the Restrictor’s were that powerful and they fear Weiss you kinda get a clue as to how good he really is.
