Maybe, but then again, if he gets angry enough, his Mazakou form takes shape, meaning that he can speedblitz Itachi before he can even make a hand sign.

Probably not any bijuu, since they are basically demons. Also, not a single person could take him down, he has to be severely outnumbered.

depending on which yusuke it is if its the end of the series he would be too fast for anybody and speed blitz them

the only way somebody in naruto can win is trough genjutsu

Well I admit only Genjutsu will work. But then again, Yusuke will probably just speedblitz itachi and also just in case Itachi caught Yusuke in a genjutsu, Yusuke’s body will automatically instinctively defend itself, just like that one time he was asleep and a demon tries to kill him and Yusuke’s body automatically punches and KO the demon. Just like the Beast in Kung Fu Hustle said “In the world of Martial Arts. Speed is the factor” Plus don’t heavily emphasizes Itachi’s speed too much. After all he’s only human. His body was sick and dying. He probably have fast reflexes I’ll give him that but Superman Pre Crisis speed? I don’t think so guys sorry.
