and well SS resisted galaxy attacks, well using DB movies argument, if they all give they energy to one of them(like Goku vs Brolly) or if Goku absorve the genkidama universal(Like Goku vs 13) or if all the z send at the same time a blast(using mistic Gohan kamehame ha, Goku kame, Vegeta final Flash, Gotenks, Piccolo, the kais) who knows?
And Surfer sees all this before they act, he can see into the future, he is VERY versitile.
The chance of beat of SS is greater no doubt, but there are chances for DBZ too, for instance Genkidama universal is one of them. fusion Mistic Gohan and Goku would have being Superior than Vegerot too
They can stop him, not really beat him, there isn’t pretty much anything they can do to kill him, I mean he’s the kind of guy to hurt them really bad and leave them because he is such a nice guy.

Buu has great regeneration but he is not immortal, there will be nothing to regenerate from when The Surfer is finished with him.

5. android 19 and 20 will absorbs the energy of SS attacks
