This battle happens on a random battlefield somewhere, Kuja had easily disposed of Dhaos’s army and now he has to deal with Dhaos.
Kuja has access to the summons as well as all the powers he has in trance form. Dhaos is in normal form(This might change if it’s rape for Kuja) and we can use the OVA as his canon for this one.

I’m to much of a fanboy of both to pick sides at the moment so debate peeps.

Yeah he does. Very high energy output in those spells of his. Dhaos has the time magic though
