No they were stated to be more effective because of:
It was permanent
You don’t have to have the same powerlevel
you don’t have to be near the same size.

Yes, Ultimate Gohan was stronger than SSJ3 Gotenks, and SSJ3 Gotenks is stronger than SSJ1 Gogeta, since he’s SSJ3, and then there’s Gotenks Boo, who was stronger than Ultimate Gohan, and lets not forget Gohan Boo, who was much stronger than Gotenks Boo, yet was whooped by Super Vegetto.

SSJ4 Gogeta shouldn’t be able to beat Super Vegetto in ten minutes, now SSJ2 Vegetto would be able to beat SSJ4 Gogeta.

it says that the potara fusion is stronger but it doesnt say how much> it is than the dance.

And isnt Veggetos SSJ form basically a SSJ2, b/c when he changes to SuperVeggeto he has the electricity.

this wasnt so for gotenks cuse he went from SSJ to SSJ2 right before SSJ3
