Yes and why do you come to that conclusion? Because it fails? If thats why, then that is flawed logic because just because the move fails doesn’t make the attack any less deadly.

A 3 year old wouldn’t know how powerful a gun is himself yet if he pulls the trigger and accidently shoots his mom, the gun will do the same damage as if a expert gunman did it. Just because Roshi doesn’t know how powerful it is doesn’t mean it’s fake lightning.

It went right through him and they healed from it it’s job was to stabbed them and it did.

I’m an OP fanboy.

But I don’t think OPverse would win. Why?
Even with prep, none of the people have anything close to a Batman like ingenuity so even if SSJ4 Goku randomly attacked they might not be able to create a good plan to defeat him.

And I forgot when Goku got frozen.
