I guess Arceus can destroy the universe to since he created one. Also those are all just statements. It’s on the same catagory as Broly being stated to be a universe destroyer.

This is not proof. This is only your assumption. It was south galaxy. Later Piccolo and Trunks say he can destroy the universe
