I kno I kno, The Joker acts like a sales man and gives Sakura a pink pretty toy for free and when saura goes to lay down at night, it activates its laughing gas. and it wakes up Naruto and whilr Naruto is frekin out, The Joker gives Naruto thr “Cure” for free. ans gives him a pill that burst and turns into laughing gas.

If we are using Emperor Joker, the Joker who recreated the universe in his own image, and who can wipe Naruto from the face of existence, then he wins. If this is not Emperor Joker, then Naruto wins.

The Joker is the single weakest character in DC, yet the strongest.

Take the Joker from Dark Knight, he practically destroyed Gotham and demoralized it’s citizens with 'a few drops of gas and a couple of bullets' He couldn’t defeat an armed and ready Batman in a fist fight, yet he still beat him by turning Gotham’s White Knight, the single greatest crime fighter without a mask, into a criminal. The Joker can manipulate fear, he can upset the established order, and provoke chaos like a walk in the park. Given time to build a sufficient scheme, and enough muscle, he could either use weaknesses to produce scenario’s that make it impossible for Narotu to win, or murder his friends and use his anger to cloud his judgment into doing something fatally stupid whilst the Joker sets up more schemes.

I say the Joker with prep, cause Narotu has a weak mind, and those with weak minds are very corruptible. Although you’d have to give the Joker a lot of time and resources.

It is assumed that each contestant will fight to his/her best ability, but still within the character’s personality, unless specified otherwise. That means they will use any powers at their disposal. For example, even though The Flash doesn’t clock each of his own opponents in the first millisecond in his own comic, it is assumed that is a viable tactic on this board since it is a proven fact that he possesses that level of speed.
It is also assumed that the characters fight at their optimum levels of ability - not explicitly weakened or unusually powered up for those who have variable power levels.
