It looks like this. I cannot exit out of it. But it’s not frozen as I can resize it.



How do I fix it?

You can obviously see Task Manager does not appear on the list.

then i’ll give you serious advice
end explorer in processess
then click start new
then type in explorer and it will bascially reset it
