Palpatine was thought to be Sith’ari as well, as he ended he Jedi, but he was never redeemed. Besides, Sith’ari just means chosen one of the Sith. They don’t necessarily redeem themselves.
Yes, but some Sith’ari have been known to redeem themselves.
Here ius the list of who was thought to be Sith’ari. It was said that he would destory the Sith, making them stronger than ever. But I don’t think vader works there.
* Darth Bane, he who developed the rule of two
* Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader
* Lord Kaan
* Revan
* Exar Kun

Yeah, but Anakin didn’t make them stronger through the destruction.
He actually did, in a sense. People such as Darth Krayt, someone that Anakin knew in the Jedi Order, Palpatine resurrecting himself over and over again.
Besides, not all were redeemed, I know Kaan was killed by Bane, Bane died of old age, I don’t think Exar Kun was redeemed either, so it leaves Vader and Revan.
Bane had cunning, where it was never really shown that Nihilus did. He seemed more automated in his actions. I would say that what we saw, he was more powerful than Bane. It could have gone either way. Raw power can beat out strategy, and strategy can beat out raw power. Both happen all the time.
As to the Sith’ari thing: I personally feel as Bane did in the matter, it is more something to strive for.
Also, we don’t know how bane died. If things go apropriately, he should have died by Zannah’s doing, or some other apprentice if she failed and died. There is no cannon out there for how that turned out yet.
ok if you read the Bane books then you would know Bane dosnt really use the Force he relies on his orbalisks and he uses them to increase his strength and every other thing he needs to win so my vote is bane

Bane’s incredibly powerful. He ravaged Ruusan’s landscape in flames and death.

Nihilus fed of the life-force of inhabitants on entire planets. Several planets at that. His dark influence so great his mere presence turned his crew into slaves.
