If the Cosmos is the universe as a whole and it’s referring to the top and it says The Universe below in reference to the bottom then that means there are two universes. ---

Goku at SSJ1 moved a mountain. Goku at SSJ3 shaked the earth, and his power was felt all the way to the planet of the Kais. | |
