Hmp, real good match. Depends if we’re going by SRW or OVA.
OVA wise: Genesic GaoGaiGar has more brutal strength but Shin Getter is faster and can travel up to 3 times the speed of light(this is according to Armageddon not the weak Shin Getter vs. Neo Getter). But if we give them their prime attacks(ie: Goldion Crusher/Shin Dragon powerup), GaoGaiGar would win but come out badly damaged as seen in the final episode.

SRW wise: Shin Getter is alot more powerful in this version and has the power to actually destroys entire universes and erase space and time continuity. For that, Shin Getter Robo wins there. And if we include the manga, that’ll provide even more trouble for GGG considering at that version, it destroys even more than it’s SRW incarnation has and moves at a greater speed beyond FTL.
