As for speed. The first scan. Does it actually SHOW Kuwabara and Yusuke outrunning a bullet? or just dodging it? You’ll notice that they mention that they travel in a straight line. Predicting and quickly evading a bullets path is not the same as actually outrunning a bullet.

Byakuya at 1/5th of his output, could move several meters, cut Ichigo’s sword, then come back in the same spot without even looking like he moved. That’s EASILY above bullet speed.

Ichigo can block a massive Sokyoku, which is easily at mountain blasting shot with one hand. without Bankai.
