power does matter if i have not said this before
ichigo could be ten times faster than yusuke but if yusuke can blow up city wide areas then ichigo is not going to be able to dodge those even if they dont make accurate contact

i see what you mean but it also depends on how fast the opponent moves
my best guess is that C class demons can destroy city wide areas within seconds
