Anime/Manga tier = Check
Tier created through the ranks of anime/manga characters = Check
Anime/manga tier needs to coincide with comic book standard = WTF?
This isn’t a comic book tier, nor is it an all fiction tier. It’s simply an anime/manga tier. I don’t care one red cent how strong a herald is, or how strong a high herald is... I’m not putting them in that rank because they “match” a herald... I’m putting them at their rank because it’s the next tier “up” based on “other” anime/manga characters

Seemed kind of obvious to me thats the way he wanted it done I mean Metahuman is described as Iron Man level,but anyways just to make sure I asked Trackz through PM and thats the way he wants it. | |
