Suggestion: Limit Subject Lines

One thing I noticed today when someone had spammed subject lines such as “SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS” was tha it pushes the other information, such as who last posted on any particular topic to the right so far that it’s off-screen.

If the amount of characters for a subject line were limited this may fix this problem.
