I think there are few casts under planet buster level that can beat One Piece cast. Well. Naruto isn’t one of them. I think Godshu Bell universe has chance against OPverse.

Wrong. You are being fanboy. Higher tier from Naruto would fall before even mid tier from One Piece. Many characters from OP have shown bullet speed, reaction.

Madara is warp speed, faster than bullets, and he’s intangible. Combine that with the amazing abilities of the Sharingan like Tsukuyomi and Amatersasu and nobody in OP can touch him... Literately.

You are overrating him. Kizaru is proven light speed. Throwing Kuma is overkill for entire Narutoverse. Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu have been countered numerous times. Well if someone like Jiraiya can hold against him, then he isn’t much of bullet speed.

Jiraiya hasn’t held himself against Madara. You’re thinking about Pein, who killed Jiraiya.

Madara is one of the last of the Uchiha abd the only holder of the third and final form of the Sharingan eye. He’s warp speed and can become intangible.

As for blocking Tsukuyomi, only somebody with a Sharingan can do that, as stated by Itachi himself. Anybody gets caught in Madara’s Tsukuyomi will be immobilized, regardless of who they are unless they’ve got a Sharingan.

The 1tailes tank a bomb that could destory a village and the 4 tails tanked a sword slamming him into a cliff plus the 8tailes is made out of it’s own charaka that destoryed the mountains I don’t see Zoro cutting him.

There are no bullets in Naruto.Infact in an interview Kishimoto stated they couldn’t dodge bullets.Tsukuyomi is a genjutsu you can’t use genjutsu on what doesn’t have chakra basically the zombies from Thriller Bark and ?Kuma.
