Is the guy class 100 without beast? Not proven. Zoro can knock him out before he transforms. Zoro is faster than bullets while Kira is not. Also, Sharingan is overrated. It cannot track what is faster. Zoro also dealt with lots of monsters size of tailed beasts which usually resist cannon balls. And don’t let me get on with other guy. They lieterally curbstomp this beast.

Zorro need time using Santoryu or whatever while the chakra will protect Kira from Zorro sword...
