A super nova is capable of vaporizing anything and everything in it’s way.

Gotenks' scream ripped a hole in the dimension, those cat claws from Shoalin Showdown did the same thing.

So I’m guessing Omi can go toe to toe with Gotenks with the claws.

Because we all know that being able to rip a hole in a dimension means that the attack is more powerful than a super nova. Am I right?
