I am tired of people underestimating 40K, saying it could be beaten by far less powerful universes. Hre are examples of the reason 40k is one of the top universes.
IGEOM: He can unmake reality, has control over time, fate, space, can bust planets with a flick, flay people’s souls, or hurl them into the warp. He is at least on the Beyonder’s level in power.
C’tan: They can make themselves intangible, destroy stars, control time, blind opponents, mindrape them, and their weapons pass through any armor at all. The Void Dragon, one of their best, went a bout with the IGEOM.
Eldar gods: These gods fough the C’tan, and nearly destroyed them. some managed to survive, and their avatars still walk the Earth.
Primarchs: Sons of the emperor, their feats include:
1. Slaying a planet spanning Kraken and tossing it aside
2. Killing an alien strike force as a baby
3. Going bouts with the emperor
4. Swimming in lava
Gods of Chaos: Are invincible, can posess people, etc.
And finally, the Imperial Navy, Space Marines, Necrons, EWldar, Demons, Chaos Space Marines, Tau, Orks, Old ones, Dark Eldar, And the Imperial Guard. Taken together, they could quite likely level nigh unto any universe.

When he freezes time, that means he has a certain CONTROL OVER TIME ITSELF. It’s just the same if you can go back in time, or go into the future, you have CONTROL OVER TIME.

He could own Kratos. Where Kratos can go back and forth into time, IGEOM can stop it, or in other words, stop Kratos from doing so, making Kratos vulnerable.
