You have to get into it.
It doesn’t steal your soul like WoW does.
WoW has more features, better dungeons/raids, and a lot more people playing online. I mean when a game has over 10 million people playing it it’s gotta be good. Oh and in the version of GW that I played I couldn’t jump around or anything when I got into combat. I found that kinda lame and stupid.
I mean GW is a pretty good game and all it’s just that a large amount of people, including me, who have played both Guild Wars and WoW seem to enjoy WoW more.
Btw Red, you never even really tried out WoW. U made a character then said that the game sucked and never came back online. Talk about not getting into the game >_>

Even the whole game is raid grind and more grind + expansion grind.Hello WoW Players we made new sets for you u must raid a very long time to get the full sets and when u get em they will be trash cos we will invent new sets that make ur tier armor look like greenis .
WoW sacks.

I mean when a game has over 10 million LIFELESSSSSSSS ZOMBIIIIIIIIIIIIEES THAT ONLY LIVE TO GET DIGITAL ARMOR. it it’s gotta be THE CRACK. Oh and in the version of MARIO that I played I couldn’t jump around or anything when I got into combat. I found that kinda lame and stupid.

Guild Wars is a game and more of an RPG than WoW. Guild Wars has intricate character customization and a dynamic story.

I’d say Guild Wars releases more expansions than WoW does. Wow’s just now about to release their 2nd expansion while Guild Wars has made 3 already. And the sad part is Wow came out a year before Guild Wars did.
And raids only take a while if you’re either a noob or with noobs. Most of the time I can run through a raid with soem freinds in like 30 minutes. Not too long at all. And most of the gear you get will last you a very long time. I’ve had a weapon that I found at lvl 37 that is still one of the best at lvl 46.
Also, I doubt you’ve fully tried every class. Some classes only start to become good around lvl 40 and above, and it’d take a while to get to that.

The Warcraft story in general is prbly one of the best stories I’ve ever heard. I’m not talking about WoW’s storyline here, I mean the RTS’s. If you have played every single Warcraft RTS you’ll see how deep and rich the story of Warcraft is.
Now I admit, WoW doesn’t do nearly as good of a job of stroy telling as it’s RTS predecesors did, however it does tell a story. If you’re familiar with the Warcraft storyline and actually read the quests you’ll notice that the game does have a bit of a story to it. Just not nearly as much as other games or it’s predecessor.

Concerning raids in WoW. You can’t do them 'till max level and they really take entire evenings and entire weeks. I led the top Horde guild on my server and we raided from 9PM until 1am with only wedensday and friday nights off. Your view of the lower level WoW expierence is accurate, this is just scemantics.
Guild Wars has a way of capturing the exploration and adventure of WoWs low level content though-out it’s entire game. WoW turns into a completely different game at the level cap.

WoW never told much of a story - especially compared to Guild Wars - WoW makes allusions toward the RTS trilogy and attempts to expand on it - really it screws up the lore of that world to make certian things they want fit into the 'story.'
Ask the average WoW player what the 'story' of the game is about and they probably couldn’t tell you. The average Guild Wars player KNOWS what the story is because their characters are a part of it instead of just grinding quests away.

Well Im talking about Dungeon raids. They only take about 30 minutes. I’ve done some Horde raids but they only take about an hour at my lvl (45).
Now I have a ton of freinds who play WoW and are lvl 70’s. I’ve watched them do raids (both dungeon and faction) and they really don’t take much longer than an hour but they can sometimes take up to 2 hours.

As I said above, WoW doesn’t do a good job at story telling but it does have one. And yeah, they did kinda mess up the lore of the Warcraft World in some parts.

Most players don’t know it’s story mainly becuase they’ve never even touched the RTS’s and most players don’t read the quests. But there is a story there. Besides, a majority of MMORPG’s don’t even have stories.
