In your opinion, how fast would something be if it were to move in the blink of an eye? Superman for instance.
All I can say, instant attacks are only as fast as the person using it. It may piss on light, it may not, but it depends on the time it takes for a said character to use an instant attack, which is why shit like IT is useless on high herald beings as they usually would have a faster initial start.
E.g. Goku can use IT against Superman. But Superman’s thought process is quicker than Goku’s rendering IT useless unless Supes decides not to speed blitz.
