I think the only thing a Death Note isn’t able to be used on is othet Shinigami, can’t really say though, since there is no unearthly beings in that Anime outside the shinigami.....

I found somewhere that he can destroy all Universes but there were no word about different dimensions. So he can destroy universes in his own dimension. Whatever....Superman Prime can exist without any universe. What else can do this dragon ? Destroying universes wouldn’t help. | |

only bad thing about this is that it’s what Ryuuk knew, as the show goes on Light finds new rules and loop holes he exploits, but due to the nature of the Manga/Anime and the fact the only non earthly beings shown are the Shinigami, I’ll have to rule against it working on Supes.

Seriously, apparently the last bad guy in the series is nigh omnipotent, and even with the use of the lighthawk wings Tenchi can do nothing, then one of the police girls hes with gets killed when they try to arrest the man. Tenchi is then told if he merges with the wings he will gain enough power to beat the guy, in a last ditch effort he merges with them destroying his physical body. He becomes a pure energy being with ultimate power. Well that’s just the gist of it Cid knows more about it then I

It does not matter if I would consider The Death Note magical, it’s if we know it is magical. If it is, then it would cause harm to him. Supernatural power does not equal magic.
