Nope. Humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air. Theoretically 100% would mean a body of water but percentages are used to relative humidty by calculating the amount in the air and compare it to how much the air can hold at a given temperature. Meaning if it is holding the maximum capacity for that given temperature then you have 100% humidity. ---
