See Naraku doesn’t have raw power going for him. Though he IS powerful, he isn’t like Naruto or One piece characters. His main advantages are his mind, I mean, he’s a genius for sure, and his vercitality. Just look at all those abilities he has...

No doubt he’s powerful but it’s not like he is some energy powerhouse. Though technically, with the Shikon no tama he could make himself be omnipotent as long as that is his hearts true wish or something like that.
what of ino’s special jutsu, or orochimaru’s? they could both launch an assault on naraku and while he is fighting them in his mind some other ninja could attack...
