Yes, because Vegeta was able to endure being under 10x gravity, which he’s trained under. This is The Matrix, not Pui Pui’s planet where everything is 10x gravity.

and?I have yet to see Neo do anything on Goku’s level. Goku is strong outside the matrix imagine the power in the matrix.

Even if it was just Neo at full power vs Goku at full power (no matrix advantage on Goku’s end) Goku would still likely win. He’s kind of like Neo but with Ki blasts and super sayin forms, so he’s still above him.

Yes, and imagine his attacks doing nothing, only missing their targets. If Goku knew how to use his powers in such as way as Neo does, then I’d see him having an advantage over Neo. Otherwise, Neo has the advantage since he has more experience with The Matrix. As in strength and power output, Goku has the clear advantage.
