It’s true. Seriously, Kid Goku was reacting at lightning speed. He gets much faster by the end of DB. Hell, Raditz who is not even an 18th of saiyan saga Vegeta’s power was hitting Goku without him hardly being able to react meaning Raditz was about or faster than lightning.
Then we have saiyan saga Vegeta who is above Raditz in all levels(Except badassary) by ALOT.
Seriously, Neo MIGHT be able to stop Goku’s ki blasts but 2 things:
He isn’t nearly fast enough to react
He doesn’t even know how strong his attacks are going to be thus he won’t be able to stop them unless he has the correct amount of power(Which I HIGHLY doubt he can stop planet busters, much less whatever SSJ3 Goku can throw out by the end of Z)
