No I meant like, if it was just in the matrix without any computer whims or whatever holding him back. Although Goku powers up in the real world, destroys the lab(While in the Matrix, and Neo dies.)

Maybe, I’m not sure even if he had all his abilities he would be able to beat him...... Neo can use the matrix itself against Goku, he could dive into Goku’s body like he did against agent Smith and destroy him from the inside, after all it’s not their physical bodies, its a mental representation of their body.

Mr. Popo taught Goku(As a kid to move faster than lightning) guess who can barely even detect Raditz much less actually hit him? This means Raditz is faster than lightning and his reaction time is certianly faster than lightning if he was reacting to both Goku and Piccolo without really exerting himself.

So it’s how strong their brain is? Goku is hella strong in that area too. Doesn’t really help. He is still faster,stronger,more durable, more expirenced in combat,etc. When was the last time Neo dodged lightning or went lightning speed because DB characters can do that

Their probably stronger, remember we’re in the matrix and the Computer fixes the levels for the agents thus they wouldn’t be weaker then their opponents, Neo only can do this since he is the Chosen One
