As if the arbiter had any chance anyways.

1/3 lightspeed. And I say he is because Cloud dodged lightning yet he had trouble keeping up with Sephiroth. ---

Halo kills all life within a Galactic radius. like... no matter what.
But the only one capable of activating it would be MC really. So it doesn’t matter much, as sephy could just poke MC with a sword and he’s dead.
So Sephy wins, hands down. I’m thinking a plasma bombing would kill him. But he’s not just gonna stand there is he?

It’s more like it breaks down the very atoms holding any organic material together. Basically Sephy would be dust. No, even less then that.

Nope. Sorry. Can Arbiter cause shockwaves that can cut cannons apart? Can he take the a planet buster? Sephiroth could as he took the energy of the planet and energy>>>>>>>>>Explosion. Seriously, noone in the Halo verse could beat Sephiroth. ---

Unless he goes intangible, which there would be nothing there for it to hit. ---

That wouldn’t be much of a fight then. But it depends, if Sephy did not know of the Halo activating, it wouldn’t help as it’s instantaneous. Just saying.
