Proof that he can’t. There has yet to be a limit shown. Also J-cells will work because they he has comeplete control over them. If they fuse with his cells(Basically what they do) Jenova cells are in him therefor he can be controlled.

ANYONE with Jenova cells will be brought under his control because he has control over them. Think of it like a virus with an evil will against you. Thats basically what it is.

Sigh...Again, Sephiroth has an insane amount of regeneration AND durability. He can take something in FF7, that is stronger than a planet buster and he takes it for about 5 years while regenerating. Now AC Sephiroth has been stated to be the most powerful form so...yeah. He could easily do that to. Not only that but he has part of the planet’s power.
Anyway, it doesn’t matter if it’s just like running away or not. This doesn’t have to be an entertaining battle...That and Sephiroth could just hold back Gohan’s planet busting attack’s if he shoots any with TK as he did the same with Holy which was stated by that one guy to be able to destroy everything if need be.
