Cloud was being protected by Aeris at the time so no it didn’t effect him. Great Gospel is a bitch

We have to assume ina vs debate just like you assume about Gohan’s powers that he can output more energy than Kid Buu. You have no proof he can output more energy yet you assume it anyway. Besides, Sephiroth is not arrogent towards anyone but Cloud. There is also the fact that even if Gohan DOES blow up the planet he will die in space while Roth stays intangible and can actually survive in space like Frieza(As Jenova could and he IS Jenova in AC basically)
Besides this, Sephiroth is smarter than Gohan as he absorbed the knowledge of the ancients. Gohan is an expert martial artist sure but he isn’t even out of highschool. Sephiroth has the smarts.
So in closing, you are assuming just as much as we are about Sephiroth. The fact is we KNOW it corrupts people and we know Sephiroth can control Jenova cells and we know that geostigma spreads Jenova cells. Oh I forgot Jenova turned the ancients in to monsters and made them go crazy, he could do the same against Gohan.
Now Gohan is seperior by physical means yes, but Sephiroth has that regen, barrier,intangibility, extreme durability....I think that he could survive.
Stalemate, because of intangibility. But if we exclude that, Gohan wins in a stomp.
Everything about Super Boo is above Sephiroth, including regeneration. And Gohan was kicking his ass.

What about durability? Sephiroth was taking the energy of the planet, the energy of the planet> The explosion of one.(Like a nuke only converts 3% of it’s energy to the explosion part and it levels cities) True Sephiroth gets stomped physically, but what about negetive lifestream?
