I dont know why but i love games with excelent graphics(halo(1)(2)first person shooters(halo(1)(2)good story lines(halo(1)(2)good weapons, vehicles and characters(halo(1)(2)who agrees with me.and in halo 2 the marines can drive the vehicles for you so what i do if i get lost is get out make a marine get in the driver seat and away i go.
OH YEAH LETS FACE IT THE HALO MOVIE WILL BE THE BEST MOVIE EVER HEHEHEHE. .L8TRS.

uh... Halo2guy? I actually own a PS2, but not an xbox. But, I’ve still played the xbox games and they are great man! but there’s still some really good PS2 games which some people ignore (Jak2, Ratchet and Clank2, Granturismo4). So, What I said in one of my posts (PS2 people always criticize the xbox and its games without trying them) goes both ways.

PS2 also goes online. And another thing to Xbox owners: PS2 owns the market officially, because they came out first. most people in the United states bought it. Even though Xbox had better specs , no one noticed it until 2003-2004 because of its lack of 3rd party devolopers. Some of the first really good games on it at launch were Project gotham racing and Halo, but since there were only about 5 or 6 really good games on it, and there were like 20-25 really good games on PS2, you can see why no one bought Xbox when it first came out. And, more People had heard about PS2 than Xbox because PS2 came out of the gates first, and that’s why PS2 won. But, don’t say PS2 won only because it came out first, because PS2 had really good games on it when it came out(Jak and Daxter: the precursor legacy and Granturismo 3). Again, you have to try the games that got high ratings on the rival console to be able to criticize it fairly. Of course, there are some unfair people who post in this forum.

I played PS2 before i played XBOX but i like xbox better and i have had mine for just over 2 and a half years now.I think i am a graphics,story line and first person shooter person more than anything..L8TRS.

and for those of you who continue to praise the celll chip and blueray here are my fun facts for you!

1. the cell chip is for faster clock speeds. 4.5 ghz. woooow! how much faster can that be than 3.5ghz like what 0.3 seconds? nobody is going to pay 2 or 3 extr hundred dollars for that. it doesnt affect graphics.

2.blueray will not win over hd dvd because it costs too much and the room on that cd will not be taken up until the generation of consoles after xbox 2 and ps3. those are the only 2 things ps3 has over the xbox 2.

trick question: would you play a game that had unbelievable graphics coupled with craptacular gameplay, or would you play a game with craptacular visuals but unbelievably awesome, addictive and fun gameplay? Visuals don’t really matter if the gameplay sucks!

Annonymus Tipster guy. You’re forgeting something. First party titles (Sony) will probably take up the whole (or close to) 50 gigs, because they want to market their hardware good. 50 gigs of game = loads of options, more storage for those really small graphical details, and even more storage for extras like realistic looking crowds (in NFS: U2) and more realistic looking enviroments. And, they can make bigger maps. And, they can avoid the need of cutscenes to skip over to the next part in gameplay.
