It’s all of moviecodec.com not just the lounge.
WTF.................
there’s more of this site that I dont about?
I feel..................not smart right now
This is only a tiny part of the entire site.
so there all other fourms connected to these?
If you want to go to the other part of the site, replace the lounge in the url with www. You have to log on again. The reason for this is that it makes things run more smoothly, and since this part of the site has nothing to do with codecs, it makes sense. They were originally connected, but sometime in either late '06 or early '07 Bjarne split the site.
Well, it’s a place to talk about codecs. That’s why the Lounge exists. Apparently in ancient times ('05 and earlier) there was actually a section called the lounge. I’m pretty sure it was basically like it is now, but all the forums were one. No off-topic, games, testing, feedback, VS., sports, or music forums... they were all combined. And instead of lots of bluish/purplish colors, it was grey.

The rest of the site is for technical assistance, downloading fixes for video software and such. That’s why it’s called MovieCodec Bjarne sectioned off the Lounge a year or more ago to keep us weirdo’s away from the main site
