As you are probably aware, Adult Swim is pissing off its anime fans pretty badly.

They have taken almost all the anime off of the line-up.

As of now there is no anime during the week days (how it has been since summer started.)
And recently they have been slowly taking off our saturday line-up... until a few weeks ago saturday was nothing but anime, but now it is so that an hour when it starts up (Currently Bleach followed by FMA), and an hour at the end... they have taken Geass and Moribito and put them so that they dont air until 5 and 5:30 a.m.

if you look at the boards at AdultSwim.com, you will see that everyone is complaining, and not just the consumers, some of the inside people have been complaining for a while too. go to the boards and you see nothing but scheduling complaints on most of the topics..



What are your thoughts on the situation?

aquateen has its moments...

but we are talking about the anime here... at this moment AS is almost completely medeocre comedy...

the only things i watch it for are the anime and shows like Boondocks, Perfect Hair, and Venture Bros

boondocks is good but mediocre comedy come on now? the comedy slots on [AS] are hilarious other than the tim and eric awesome show thats stupid

no... the only other one i watch besides the ones i listed is Home Movies...

shows like
Robot Chicken, Brak Show, Harvy Birdman, and Aqua Teen have their moments,

while shows like 12 Oz Mouse, Saul of the Mole Men, Fat Guy Stuck in the Internet, Tim and Eric, Space Ghost, that new Snake 'n' Bacon, Metalocalypse, Sealab etc... lame ass shows right there... seen a few eps of each of them, havent had a lul at all.

and thats what AS wants to play in place of anime... i liked it back when they had a good blend of anime and comedy... i mean at least give us back our saturdays... im tired of having to go online to catch shows like Shin Chan and Moribito (although i dont mind it, id just rather watch it on saturday night when i watch bleach is all, i dont wanna have to wait til monday or tuesday...

Yeah, petition would be good.
Don’t fret so much though, Adult Swim was cancelled here altogether, in terms of anime.

yes it is... but it doesnt need to be the only anime adult swim plays...

im pissed about them moving Moribito and Geass past 5 am
