I think that you should make it snow sometimes,and you should make it pile up on the ground and on houses and stuff. Have weather predections on the radio. Snow mobile and snow skiing. Have fuel meters on cars and stuff. Have to go to gas station and get more fuel and make it cost about $20. Add children on it, have kids playing at playground. Have rush hour and kids on their way to school, school buses. Get drunk. Have a job and if your late get warned then if your late more than 5 days get fired. Have vacations, have other cities from Vice City and Grand Theft Auto III. (via airplan). Harder to steal cars, have to pick lock. rent-a-car places, and car sales shops. Harder to get money. Split screen 2 player. Get married. Bigger playing area. Take place in Erie PA (if possible).

I was hoping for destructable enviroments. So you can destroy bulings,and when you shoot the ground with an rocket launcher, you can see a big hole where it exploded. Cars won’t blow unless you use a high powered explosive, instead when you crash or get hit they become more damaged and harder to control, and mabey evntually just break down and stop working all together. Stuff like that would be cool.
