Well, in my opinion, it’s our infrastructure as a whole. Too much driving + crappy public transportation. I live in Baltimore and so many people living in B-more commute to the D.C area and visa versa. Live where you work, reduces the cost.
I just moved to a place 4 blocks from where I work so I can walk. My girlfriend, by moving in, reduced her commute from 30 minutes to 10. It ads up, saving time and money.
But everyone can’t afford to move, to reduce cost.
This is true. However for me I was paying a lot for this one place to live in by myself. So moving in with my gf and our friend pretty much cut my rent in half.
You almost got 1000 posts, btw. =D
Yes my 1000th post will be a list of the people I’m repping and why.
Because they gave you rep maybe? ---

back on topic: The problem is that our governments are not willing to change their community for the greater good of mankind. An electric car, as explained, is low in price, low maintenance and ca continue a 2 hours on a highway at a constant speed, yet is denied the right to be accepted into modern day society.
These people are, as said before, afraid to make any new changes that benefit mankind, but yet are openly willing and able to assist completely obliterating their “Iraqi enemies” and spending millions of dollars on nuclear warheads and explosives that anihalate pretty much every damn living thing in sight and out sight for that matter just so they can feel a little safer about their sorry little lives than they already feel. A sign of ignarance, incompetence and downright childlike behaviour is all that is displayed.
Humans as a hole are disgusting creatures, but there are many of which that dedicate their lives to assisting the survival of our planet. These people are strong willed beings and deserve a slice of cake or sugary item of their choice.
It’s either that, or the government is bloody thick in the head, which we know the answer to that already anyway. ---
