Not sure if you know this Xtrm, but some people can’t exactly “loose” their weight. The range in your body fat and muscle is limited because of genetics. Example, some people have a tall and skinny body build that is genetic. They won’t be able to build muscle as easily, if at all, as the genetic body of say... a body builder. Even WITH steroids.

Interesting-

But without proper exercise the “lose fat gain muscle” is really just “lose fat."

Endomorph, Mesomorph and Ectomorph are the different bodytypes. And anyone can “lose” or reduce their bodyfat percentage aslong as they do cardio and eat healthy. There is no range from bodyfat to muscle fiber that restricts you from losing weight, whoever told you that is an idiot.

A fat person is fat because they choose to be. That “genetic” bull-shit is an excuse and is way over used. I am 400 pounds and over weight because my dad and mom are fat, its my genetics. That is soo stupid ~ You eat what your parents eat which is most likely a fat filled calorie meal.

Bodybuilders build their body’s so that there muscles and nervous system react in a way that builds muscle. Fat people do the exact same just opposite. Its about reversing the keys and training your body to be healthy.

Your 15 year old is what you call an “Endomorph” and at 180 pounds 5-7 He is either quite plum or quite a built lad. And yea its the metabolism that decies where the food and nutrition are distributed.

I would put him on a high fiber diet as the calorie intake on fiber is indigestible which will make him “poop” out most of the fat. And Since 'fat' is the most energy dense food, giving you 9 calories on energy per gram [average type of food like proteins/ and omega’s give you 4] foods that are low in fat and high in fiber are said to have a lower energy density.

If I were you and if you can offered it, I would get your 15 year old on a good balanced diet and keep up with the cardio vascular activites.

You also went through a few pregnancies and have to raise three children who most likely favour Mcdonalds then subway tounge wink.

Dont be so hard on yourself mimi, but the cheese could be taken out once or twice a month instead of every other day. tounge

I have to admit that I didn’t watch the entire 22 minutes, but I didn’t see anything on there regarding alcohol and problems with weight gain or difficulties with weight loss. I wonder if that is also a contributing factor to obesity in the U.S.?

Well actually a “diet” is what you eat.. so eating healthy is your “diet." Like if I ate ice cream and chocolate all the time that would be my “diet." But yea you’re right, all you need is cardio and a healthier diet to lose weight fat.

That’s not entirely true. In my early twenties I drank a lot, like '15-plus-beers-every-night- a lot and I ate like no other and could not gain a damn think so age also has to do with metabolism. Now I could get fat soo easily if slack off for one day. But yeah, my diet sucks full of alcohol and fat which I need to change soon. It’s just an eating habit I’ve carried over from when I was younger and now it’s getting the best of me unless I work my ass off every day to fight it.

But this guy has some good points I may consider trying... Specifically, no fatty foods.

Damn, I love fatty foods. lol

I don’t know if he’s gay but I’m sure you’d never say that to his face. There’s some big bodybuilding gay dudes I would never fuck with.

Try this and tell me how manly you are.... (Yeah, it’s the same dude)
