OK so Glads can withstand extreme heat. High Durability against heat, how about against strong blasts, has he survived galaxy busters.
A ladle can withstand lots of heat but I can easily bend it.
A really muscular guy can take hard punches but can easily be burnt.

And No. Sun is not only heat, it is a large pressure. So being inside the star proves GREAT durability and large heat immunity.
