To who’s eyes? In one culture it is a form of music they can relate to. You act like music is there JUST for entertainment value, it’s not, well to me it’s not, to me it’s about the energy you get and the emotions you feel FROM the music.

Not anyone can rap and do it right and succeed. If you think it’s so easy I challenge you, go get a label and get some money. If anyone can do it, then that doesn’t exclude you. Is it my favorite type of music?No. Do I listen to it very often? No. But I understand and appriciate the cultural value of such music.

lol not interested... the sound is just so lame... Rap and Hiphop suck... and i like practically every other genre of music.. hell i even listen to some pop.... but i cant stand rock or hiphop... and looking at all the little throw downs at my school, it seems that everyone can rap... even the nerds are doing it, and winning... i hate how hiphop and rap have invaded our Rock ruled nation! where is all the new mainstream rock? im not seeing too much...

I think this is just something we disagree on...You don’t seem to appriaciate rap in any degree, and I must say thats really depressing. I would say the same to a guy who was in to rap and didn’t like rock like you don’t like rap(Though I would replace the word with rock of course)
