Good week for announcements in the latest Famitsu for Wii. All leading up to TGS of course. Thus 3 games announced. All 3 huge games haha:

Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga
Marvelous Entertainment has announced Valhalla Knights : Eldar Saga for the Wii in the latest Famitsu magazine. This Action-RPG with Wifi Multi (coop) play is due for release next year in Japan. The game is 70% complete.

- 60 quests in Vestoria universe.
- Battle system in real time, action oriented.
- Customization of your character.
- Coop mode via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

Klonoa: Door to Phantomile
Namco Bandai has announced in the latest Famitsu magazine that a Klonoa : door to phantomile remake will be released on the Wii on December 4 in Japan. The game will have Cell shaded graphics and NES style controls with the Wiimote. The game is 99% complete.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time
Square Enix has announced a new Action-RPG called Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles : Echoes of Time for the Wii and Nintendo DS (with Wii / DS connection) in the latest Shonen Jump magazine. Players should be able to use their Mii in the game. To be released on January 29 2009 in Japan.

- Play at the same time on the Wii and DS, thanks to Pollux Engine created by Square Enix .
- Players on the Wii and players on the Nintendo DS will be able to play online together.
- Different gameplay for the 2 versions (stylus or Wiimote).
- Story revolves around Charlotta and a mysterious crystal.
- You can transfer Mii characters you made to the DS version.

Valhalla and FFCC will more than likely make it out of Japan into Europe and America. Klonoa I have no idea about.

2009 lineup for Wii is really shaping up haha. Especially thx to big Japanese 3rd parties switching their forces to Wii.

Also Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers is apparently still in production as no word on this game replacing it.
