there both from the same storyline ( eg. Rhino and spidey are from the same thing)
but both villian and hereo from the same thing have defeated eachother before so its up to you

its too hard bwcause
Rhino and Bane are strong and a powerfull team together....
but batman and spiderman are smart and would probaly come up with a way to defeat them, only if Rhino and Bane haven’t found them in the meantime..
This is a fight to the death and is held in gothem city
( which has lots of old factories, werhouses and buildings ) batman can use his gadgets and His car (even though it would get smashed up by bane and rhino ).
Im on about batman from the DARK KNIGHT movie so his car can be destroyed...
Im on about spidey from his last movie aswell.
so any ideas of whos won..

Knowing Rhio or Bane they would make a mistake of either betraying eachother or seperating.

no both teams are working together
and Bane would think of a plan to capture spidey and batman in a tight spot and batman has no super powers and only has a car an a baterang ( which wouldn’t hurt Bane or Rhino ) and spidey couldnt take on both of them at once..
spidey has been beaten by Rhino before and if bane’s there spidey has no chance at alll

if batsy and spidey strike then rhino and bane will just fight bak and batsy is fucked cuz he got no powers jus wits and spidey isnt as strong as rhino and bane put together....

Batman needs no powers. He just takes Bane down using his pressure point technique, and Spiderman>Rhino. He’s beaten him before.
