I thought that since Toph and Neji have 360 degree vision with flaws (Toph can only see what is touching the ground, Neji has a small hole in his vision), they would be an appropriate fight. Battlefield is the earth wrestling wring.

Since this is an earth wrestling ring, that gives Toph a very good advantage over Neji.
