So, would Saiyuki Goku be considered evil? If so, that’s the only way the Genki Dama will work. It only works on those with evil in their hearts.

But the Genki Dama still packs a punch. It did massive damage to Frieza, and that sucker’s durable.

Then again, there’s that punch that he laid onto King Piccolo back in DB. That could cause some damage as well.
