Tippership commander..i’ll give the short version..
a Tippership is....
Think of it this way...a GIANT pencil, the size of a extra large Egg Carrier or BLue Typhoon, that floats, can go in space, can travel underground, underwater....
It’s main weaponry: the pencil"tip” contails a giant laser that would make some1 think it’s he tip end of a Obelisk of Light from Command and Conquer..
4 secondary lasers on the sides...
the “tipper” on the end can shoot electricity as well, and can do a bit more with it’s main “laser”
and, their armor....they can walk thru nukes easily, and could play a game of chicken with a Star Destroyer and win, crashing right thru it..
on second thought , this was a “character” created by me MANY YEARS ago..... idk if i really wanna.....use him....

The TIpperships were commanded by a race of beings known as the Kelines a race of people similar to humans...
One diff..they were directly embodiments of Electricity, in a living form...as such, they had electrical powers that surpassed even their knowledge....
They prefered electrical attacks , above all else, were semi-immortal( they could be “Destroyerd” if hit wit ha REALLY tough, galactic-power level attack.., or detonated themselves thos,
but would reincarnate, normally , some way or another, or would re-form out of electricity, ...
Now, one source of their power was a power known as the core of electricity... it was calle the Keline Control...

A time traveling sorcerer who has mastered many forms of magic(Including time-space magic), He can control others while being in a state of paralisis and have his powers cut in half. He also has the nice immunity to all forms of attacks exluding magic ones(Yes, nothing hurts him other than that, though if you do special attacks during game mechanics it will work, but canically speaking, he can only be harmed by magic)
A time traveling sorcerer who has mastered many forms of magic(Including time-space magic), He can control others while being in a state of paralisis and have his powers cut in half. Actually he was originally on the SNES, the game coming out in 1995 I think. There is some other stuff Dhaos has done too, like make the floor vanish and such, control 10,000 fiends at onces,etc.

And as such he was charged with the care of Cosmic Atrophy, able to control it as well as govern it’s cosmic ebbs and flows. But being over such a corrupt power lead the Fallen (his original name long forgotten) he soon turns to darkness and secretly pledges his loyalty to the Chaos Bringer Unicron.
But Unicron and his first herald are barely defeated and banished through a black hole which he and his master easily survives.
The second time he shows up to herald Unicron’s arrival it takes Primus himself to intervene to defeat the Fallen

Eh, he isn’t the strongest Tales character, he’s one of but not the strongest, I’m thinking Widdershin might be one, possibly Duke(He does have Big Bang as a spell)
