LOL What in the hell does 20X05 AD mean for galaxy time? Nothing! Just as the Forunners built the Halo rings hundreds of millions of years before the Covenant and man even existed. The current time of Earth has no bearing on how much a species has evolved nor does it define technology on a galactic measure of time in space when compared to other species elsewhere in the universe.

*Salutes*
You still must admit that that they are highly evolved offesivly and defensivly. Many of them can survive missles, which are about the same strength as MC’s rockets...
LoL I thought of another topic which involves Halo vs Metroid
ING vs FLOOD!
In an all out war I think Covenant would win, since their numbers are huge. However as some have said before the Space Pirates true Armada haven’t been shown, so we don’t know yet. Also shame on all you metroid supporters for not putting in Mother Brain. Her* Hyper Beam can rip apart anything! It is probably the strongest attack the Space Pirates have.
hmmm...people seem to forget the uber space pirates in super metroid. The invincible ones? Just before kraid? Those bastards could kill dozens of covenant before they died.
And the ing would win. They could just sit in their own little dimension and mind control all the flood.
I don’t remember any invincible pirates before Kraid in Super metroid, but there were some really strong ones. I remember there being some pirates that had a awesome fighting stance* and were impossible to kill from the front. Those could kill off quite a few covenant.

That doesn’t measure the damage distribution.
If you mean distribution of damage, it does not help. If Samus gets hit by Prime, she ALWAYS gets 25 damage. If MC gets hit by a warthog, he ALWAYS dies, unless he jumps, slides across the hood, and get flung in the air by the windsheild.
No matter how you look at it, MP would do more damage. He is much bigger than a warthog, and he moves about the same speed, if not faster. Plus, being a creature born of phazon, he is constantly emmiting radiation.
they are trying to figure out how much damage each would take from the other’s weapons... so they are using the ratios between mc and samus to determine that... at least i think that is what you are getting at weeman...
