Megaman gets his powers by killing other robots. Unless he has a lot of powers, he won’t have much of a chance.

Okay ummm. Even without all of those powers he still has speed and agility and his built in gun of his own. I’m gonna check out Ray 01 though cuz I’ve never heard of it.
