People please Sonic is the speed of sound. SPEED of SOUND. Mario isn’t a 1/100000 that fast. Plus Sonic tears through metal robots like cheap tin foil. Mario ain’t that strong. Not to mention Super Sonic, who is invicible(for those who need to know what is invicible is it means you cannot be hurt/ beaten/ overcome/ damaged.) Well okay the Master Emerald can cancel out the power of the Chaos Emeralds if being controlled by Knux, but that’s it. His Super form can travel at the speed o light. Sonic would be able to circle the earth 5 times, eat a chili dog, and send Mario flying in less than a secong witth that kinda speed.

Doh I hate my cruddy spelling. Any ways I don’t like all the Mario games that don’t follow the main story cept for Mario Party(Mario golf, mario tennis,etc). Sonic has a few gameslike that such as a pinball one and Dr. Robotnik Mean Bean machine or somethin to that effect. For the games this is what I’d rate them

-Mario Bros: nice game 8/10 was the one that started it all
-Super Mario Bros: The 2nd best Mario game of all time. The only real downer was the final boss. It should have been more like the old Mario or Mario 64 games rather than Throwing bad guys at Bowser while he flies around in his.... whatever it was 9/10.
-Mario 64: Hot Damn this game is awsome the best one of the best games of all tim. 3D and kicking ass. bowser is a much more fun boss in this game. 9.4/10
-Mario 64 DS: Best DS game thus far,Just like Mario 64, cept you can play as Yoshi Luigi or Wario too. New character abilities and great minigames. Bad controls though. 9.4/10

-Sonic the Hedgehog: Pretty fun, I love Green Hill Zone, especially the music. First Sonic game featuring Sonic and Eggman. 8.3/10
-Sonic 2: I found this game to be the best 2D that I’ve played. Super Sonic and Tails are introduced. Great Levels, though Silver Sonic and Eggman are very hard final bosses seeing as though you die in one hit cause you have no rings. 9/10
-Sonic 3: This game is cool and you actually get to save. Super Sonic in this game looks way too much like an SSJ rip-off, more than usual. The Ice Zone kicks all kinds of ass and saves it from being below average. The Final Boss is fun too. 8.5/10
-Sonic Adventure:Two words Instant Win. The Secons best Sonic game. The Adventure Fields rock, and Sonic and Tails levels are just awsome beyond belief. knuckles has a great Casino stage and The Final Boss fight is just something else. Amazing story too. 9.5/10
-Sonic Adventure 2 Battle: I like this game slightly better than Sonic Adventure 1. Sonic and Shadow’s levels are simply outstanding. Best Plot ever, best overall music. The chao raising is better too. The Final Boss is fun too and you fight him with 2 charecters, not just one. Super Sonic and Super Shadow look absolutely badass, and not like a Super Sayin rip off like most games. The Only downer is Tails levels aren’t as good as in the first Adventure game and no Adventure fields. 9.8/10
-Sonic Heros-Good Music, Fun game play, horrible diolauge. The Team Blast Attacks for Team Sonic and Team Dark are great, though the others look stupid. The story is below average, and the Flying position is awfully limited. The Final Boss is fun, but speed need to be a more important factor. 8.9/10

So overall I think sonic games are a bit better.

point of view 1: afterall sonic and mario would nenver fight i mean.. since sega signed to nintendo

point of view 2: if mario and sonic get into a fight then sonic would win, (no fighter can use power ups ). soinc is fast and smart sonic could just jump on mario all day and + mario wo9uld be small without power ps so sonic could kill him. i like sonic better but mario isnt really special.

point of view 3: bowser and eggman could join forces and demolish mario and sonic. (lol)

Sonic is the greatest. Mario is okay, but Sonic is way better. I don’t know who has more strength, but Mario couldn’t take on onic in a million years! He’s way too slow. His only chance to beat Sonic is if he could suddenly run 2000 mph

NO the speed of sound is waaaaay faster than that. It’s about 9mp.second. Times that by 60 snd you get 540 miles per minute. Times that by 60 again and you get 32,400mph. That is about how fast Sonic can run. This is a too one sided battle.

Personally, I think even if bowser and Eggman joined forces they still wouldn’t be able beat Mario and Sonic, because in a position like that, Mario and Sonic would join forces, and a force like that, they’d be unstoppable. Pluis they both have a lot of friends.
