ok guys, this is what would happen:

Homer would say doh! and then Peter would mistake it for dope which would anger him because someone had stole his dope so then he would attack homer and homer would crash his 56th beer bottle on peter’s head, causing peter to panic and peter would counter attack and kick at homer. Then stewie would enter the bar and pull out 2 smg’s and kill them both.

So who would win out of homer and peter you ask?
