Nintendo is not presenting much of anything here, or they aren’t making any buzz about it.
All the clamor here right now is around the Xbox 360. Some of the demos being set up are outright UNBELIEVABLE. Games in Hi-Def, the operating system, the live connection. Xbox Live is going to basically allow for free teleconferencing if you want. The Slim down design should help too. Heading into Monday, it almost feels like even if Sony wanted to host something, NO ONE would show up. They’re gonna have to wait until people disperse from watching Xbox 360 stuff because the shit looks unreal.
Talked to a big marketing guy here and he thinks during the next gen console wars, microsoft will have a big edge because they are releasing a year early. He thinks the 3 to 1 gap is gonna become almost even in the next 3 years, and Nintendo is going to fall into a niche crowd only.

but that is my opinion so please dont get offended

EB Junkie Guest | Old news or not, that’s what I got directly from a developer. The big problem is that Sony isn’t going to be able get as much fanfare as they want, because everyone is all over the Xbox 360. Seriously, its like someone has paid off the entire E3 audience to universally not give a shit about Sony, but they are getting literally NO say in anything. Other than a Welcome Chang3 sign they put up, they haven’t done anything.
They need to wait until the clamor dies down some. Right now, nobody cares about anything but the 360, and at least for the moment, rightfully so. The videos they are previewing absolutely blow away all of the sony screenshots.
